Rental Agreement Contract

1. Customer acknowledges receipt of the herein described personal property. Both Parties agree that the property was inspected by the customer and personally examined by the customer at the time of delivery to and accepted by the customer and that the property was in good and serviceable condition. Delivery is to the door at street level unless arranged and paid for in advance. 2. Title to the rented property is and at all times shall remain in the Lessor. Only the parties hereto and those other persons whose names are listed on the reverse side, are authorized to use the property and customer will not permit the property to be used by any other person or at any other address other than the address designated on reverse side without the expressed consent of PersianoEvents.com. 3. The parties agree that the PersianoEvents.com is neither the manufacturer of said property nor the agent of the manufacturer and that no warranty is given against evident or hidden defects in material, workmanship or capacity. 4. In the event that the rental property becomes unsafe or in a state of disrepair, customer agrees to immediately discontinue its use and promptly return it to PersianoEvents.com. If the condition is not the fault of the customer, PersianoEvents.com shall replace it with the property of a like kind in good working order. 5. At the termination of this agreement, the customer will promptly return the rented property and all its parts and attachments to PersianoEvents.com. It is to be in same condition as it was received. The customer agrees to pay for any damage to the property or loss of its parts or attachments while in his/hers possession or control. Should collection or litigation become necessary to collect damage and/or loss, customer agrees to pay all collection charges, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court cost. 6. PersianoEvents.com shall not be liable to customer for any loss, delay or damage of any kind resulting from defects or inefficiency of the rented property or accidental breakage. 7. ALL customers must have a valid Credit Card and Driver’s license or proper government issued Identification Card in order to rent any items. All changes or cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to delivery or pickup. No Refunds. 8. Customer agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Lessor against all loss, damage, expense and penalty arising from any action on account if injury to person or property occasioned by the operation, handling or transportation of the leased property during the rental period or while the property is in the possession or control of the customer. 9. Rental Period is based on a maximum of twenty-four (24) hours unless a longer term is specified in the Rental Agreement. Customer will not retain the rental property beyond the Due time without prior notice and the consent of Persiano. 10. Customers will pay in full for all rentals in advance prior to the event. Weddings are broken in two payments 50% when order is confirmed (nonrefundable), and the balance will need to be paid in full one week before the event. 11. Customer waives and releases PersianoEvents.com from all claims for injuries or damage to customer arising out of the use of the rental property by customers. 12. Customer agrees that should any paragraph or provision violate the law and is unenforceable, the rest of the agreement will be valid. 13. Stakes will be driven into the ground by PersianoEvents.com to install tent(s). PersianoEvents.com shall have no liability for any damages resulting to property, persons or underground systems, such as: water, sewer, gas etc...(Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PersianoEvents.com from any such liability.) This installation is not guaranteed waterproof in the event of rain. Damage Waiver / Replacement Charges

This contract offers an optional damage waiver for an additional charge of 6% of the total rentals and covers your responsibility for reasonable, accidental damage to the rental items. If customer declines the waiver, All rental items that are damaged, the customer will be responsible for the replacement charges or repair charges for the damage items. Broken equipment must be returned in order to avoid replacement charges. Replacement charges will be assessed on any equipment due to loss, theft, abuse, or intentional damage by the customer. Repair costs will be incurred when equipment had been misused by the customer. Responsibility for any rental items remains with the customer from the delivery time until its return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from all types of weather conditions. Any items damaged and/or missing will be charged for replacement cost plus tax of said items. China/Silverware/Linens

All china, silverware, stemware, and bowls should be rinsed food free and repacked in the same containers as delivered. All linens should be refuse free and DRY to prevent mildew and staining. Additional charge will be assessed if any china and/or other food service items are returned that are not fully rinsed and residue free. All rental items should be ready to pick-up all in one single location.



DAILY RATES always apply for each 24 hours the items are out unless otherwise specified. Long term rates always apply ONLY if paid for in advance and are shown on contract. Any changes or cancellations must be made 7 days prior to delivery date unless approved by management. All orders require a credit card on file. Security deposit and/or cleaning charges apply to rentals of flatware, china, and glassware. Credit card orders over $750.00 shall incure a charge of 2% processing fee. We do accept all major credit cards, including American Express.

Persiano Events has the right to change any of it's terms and conditions at anytime.
