Q3: What is the rental period for the equipment?
 A3: Our standard rental period is for 24 hours. However, we
also offer flexible rental options based on the duration of your event. Please
let us know your specific needs, and we will work with you to accommodate them.  
Q4: Do you provide delivery and pickup services?
 A4: Yes, we provide delivery and pickup services for your
convenience. Our team will transport the rental equipment to your event
location. Delivery fees may apply, depending on the location and the volume of
equipment being delivered.  
Q5: Is setup and installation included in the rental service?
 A5: No, setup and installation are not included in our
standard rental service. However, we offer setup and installation services for
an additional fee. Our professional team will handle the setup and installation
of the rental equipment at your event venue, ensuring everything is properly
assembled and in working order. If you would like to avail of this service,
please inform us during the booking process, and we will provide you with a
quote for the additional setup fees. This way, you can focus on your event
while our experienced staff takes care of the equipment setup.  
Q6: Are your rental items clean and well-maintained?
 A6: Absolutely! We take great pride in providing
high-quality rental equipment that is clean and well-maintained. Our team
thoroughly inspects and cleans all equipment after each use, ensuring that it
is in excellent condition for your event.  
Q7: What if I need to make changes or cancel my rental order?
 A7: We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be
as flexible as possible. If you need to make changes to your rental order or
cancel it altogether, please contact us as soon as possible. Keep in mind that
cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing and nature of the changes.  
Q8: Can I view the equipment before renting?
 A8: Absolutely! We encourage our customers to visit our
showroom and view the equipment in person before making a rental decision. Our
knowledgeable staff will be available to assist you, answer any questions, and
help you choose the right equipment for your event.  
Q9: How far in advance should I reserve rental equipment?
 A9: It's best to reserve your rental equipment as early as
possible to ensure availability. Popular dates and peak seasons tend to book up
quickly, so we recommend reserving at least several weeks in advance. However,
we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever feasible.
